Deborah Jones brings over 35 years of credit union and CUSO experience to Jones Group Advisors. As the SVP of Strategic Development at Member Gateways, Deborah was part of the incubation team for many CUSO start-ups including HomeAdvantage. Eventually, she took a full-time role at the real estate services CUSO overseeing national sales and account management. This included selling the service into a national credit union community, developing client growth strategies, building operational efficiencies, and managing a field team chartered with client engagement. In addition to Member Gateways and HomeAdvantage, she also served as VP of Business Development at Pantea Consulting as well as COO at BECU Financial Services. Her areas of expertise include the formation and governance of CUSOs, business development strategies, and client engagement initiatives.

Tandy Vincent brings 30 years of marketing experience to the Jones Group team. Nearly half of those years were spent at HomeAdvantage helping over 100 credit unions increase their purchase mortgage volume through the implementation and promotion of real estate services. Her areas of expertise include branding and business development, as well as designing and executing strategies that help credit unions attract, nurture, and close more mortgage leads. Prior to HomeAdvantage, Tandy spent time driving growth and engagement in the technology industry for KnowledgeNet, an e-learning and LMS pioneer, as well as Avnet, one of the largest IBM distributors in the US.

Vic Pantea brings nearly 50 years of experience to Jones Group Advisors working with credit unions, CUSOs, CUSO associations, and federal and state regulatory agencies. His vast experience includes: a senior leadership role at Teachers Credit Union, Indiana’s largest credit union; President and CEO of Member Gateways, LLC, the nation’s first credit union-owned incubator and angel investment CUSO; and strategic advisor and manager of network alliances for CU*Answers, a CUSO and leading provider of core technology solutions for the credit union and CUSO market. Vic has built a network of leading collaborative thinkers who actively support a shared vision of what credit unions and CUSOs need to be successful in the disruption of today’s financial services market. His current focus has been on executing strategies necessary for the successful establishment of de novo CUSOs and credit unions.
